For meeting six, cohort 18 had a change of location and a
change of time. Instead of our normal 2-6 routine, this meeting was from 11-4.
The first half of our meeting was located in Menorah Park. Here we discussed
our growing relationships with our partners, planned the upcoming Shabbaton,
and met in our committees. Between the bigger activities, we reviewed how to
quickly make a program using "The Journey of Milk and Cookies."
After
our Diller business was done, we walked over to the JCCSF to participate in
Super Sunday. Here us fellows sat around tables and called past donors to thank
them and to ask for further support of the Jewish community. It was a wonderful
way to give back to the foundation that has provided us with so much. While
this meeting was not typical, it was a very nice change of pace and left us all
feeling excited for our shabbaton.
